Candida albicans is the yeast organism which causes yeast infections, and when an infection strikes, all you can think about is getting it to stop! The itching alone can drive you crazy--and nothing seems worse than having an infection sneak up on you when you can't get to the doctor for a prescription.

Tired of over-the-counter products that don't seem to help fast enough? Yeastrol can help!

Yeastrol is a homeopathic product that works like nothing else on the market today. Our experts in homeopathic treatments have combined 12 ingredients to fight not just the itching but multiple symptoms of yeast infection from the inside out! And Yeastrol gets into your system quickly, with just two simple sprays under the tongue, three times a day.

No pills or messy creams"just a quick spray of Yeastrol gets safe, effective ingredients into your bloodstream almost instantly!

MULTIPLE INGREDIENTS FOR MULTIPLE SYMPTOMS

The ingredients in Yeastrol were selected for their time-tested ability to attack a variety of symptoms* that plague both men and women who suffer yeast infections, such as:
  • Abdominal pain and bloating
  • Mouth ulcers
  • Nervous anxiety
  • Skin rashes and eczema
  • Digestion problems
  • Weakness
  • Genital itching and rash
  • Vaginal or penile discharge
  • Burning urination
  • Urgent need to urinate
  • Low energy
  • Infection
What Causes a Yeast Infection?

Yeast infections result from an overgrowth of yeast in the body. It begins in the intestines, where the candida organism exists normally in small amounts, but it can frequently spread elsewhere in the body, creating what is known as "systemic candidiasis" or "candida syndrome."

When we're healthy, candida yeast is kept in check with a normal balance of intestinal flora--but hormonal changes, high acid levels, stress, and especially long-term antibiotic or steroid use can disrupt that balance and cause an overgrowth, which becomes an infection.

Left unchecked, yeast can change to its fungal form and multiply rapidly, sprouting roots that perforate the gut walls and carry the overgrowth to the rest of the body. This produces what is known as "leaky gut" and allows toxins to enter the bloodstream, overloading the immune system.

YEAST CAN BE TRICKY!
Have you been to the doctor repeatedly for one or more of these only to be told "there's nothing wrong with you"
  • Abdominal pain
  • Brain fog
  • Constant fatigue
  • Bloating or indigestion
  • Joint pain
  • Itchy, red eyes
  • Chronic sinus drainage
  • Fungus on finger or toenails
  • Craving for sweets and carbs
  • Recurrent urinary tract infections
  • White coating on the tongue
  • Unexplained weight loss or gain
  • Hair loss or vision problems
  • Depression -- feeling overwhelmed
Overgrowth of yeast can manifest symptoms that resemble other ailments, and can be tough to diagnose. If any of these symptoms persist, you may have an overgrowth of candida albicans.
Can Children Get Yeast Infections?
Yes, children can also suffer from an overgrowth of yeast, with symptoms such as: Can kids get yeast infections
  • Thrush (whitish coating on tongue or inside cheeks)
  • Hyperactivity
  • Irritability
  • Learning problems
  • Chronic cough or nasal congestion
  • Recurrent ear problems
  • Craving sweets

Yeastrol can safely ease symptoms of kids 12 and over, and is quick and easy to administer...just spray twice under the tongue up to 3 times a day! However, consult your doctor before giving Yeastrol to children under 12.

Can Yeastrol be used safely with other medications?

Absolutely. The Micro-dosed homeopathic medicines in Yeastrol are safe and have no known side effects or contraindications. It can be safely taken with other conventional medicines with no drowsiness or adverse side effects.

Warning: If your symptoms worsen or do not improve in 7 days, or if they persist or return in 2 months, consult your doctor.

Women: If this is the first time you have experienced vaginal itch and discomfort, or if you have abdominal pain, fever or foul smelling discharge, consult your doctor.

A healthy diet can help

Even if you"re taking medication to control a yeast infection, one of your first lines of defense against candida overgrowth is a healthy change in diet to keep from feeding the yeast organisms:

Some things to avoid:
  • Refined sugar, honey & syrups
  • Sodas (even diet)
  • Fresh or dried fruit
  • Canned, processed, or fermented foods
  • White flour products
  • Rye, wheat, oat or barley grain
  • Alcohol (especially beer)
  • Any product made with yeast or mold
  • Antacids
Things to include:
  • Live yogurt cultures
  • 6-8 glasses of water daily
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Proteins (chicken, beef, eggs, fish)
  • Whey protein
  • Acidophilus
  • Raw garlic
  • Nuts, seeds and oils
  • Millet, rice, rice bran and oat bran

Everything! I love your truly Natural approach. Whatever your selling I'm buying. I have stop using fake synthetic chemical commercial products and after finding you i have Many recipes with a wealth of knowledge. I am so grateful for your love & kindness in sharing with us.God gives us what we need everyday. I think we get so bombarded with buy, buy, buy and fall into their traps. I know, a rant. I just think once we try the homemade, natural approach one we are freed. You are welcome and please share with your family.Hello Dear, my husband ask me the same questions. I have tons of journals but only 1/2 a book. I will post when I start to sell products. Which one are you interested in?16 oz + 1/2 teaspoon+ vitamin E oil+any E.O. you wish. I usually only keep this 2-3 days in the fridge. I always freeze it into cubes and defrost overnight in the fridge. The gel has a hold of 1-8 depending on the amount of oil used. Without oil it can get a little crunchy.Thank you for showing us how it is made I just finish watching another video and searched on how to make it. I am so glad this showed me how. It is amazing because I had purchased it just a few hours ago for another product. But wanted to know how to use it. And just found this video amazing. thanks a lot simple and instructive.
Ms Charlene, you are most welcome. I love running across new ideas and videos myself. It amazes me what some of the wonderful channels on Youtube teaches.
Greetings Queen! How long will the gel last before it goes bad? I made it last night. Haven't used it yet, but I will this weekend. Thanks SO much for sharing. I just love everything you do lady!I hope you tried the gel and I would love to hear about your results. I am always curious. I usually keep the gel in the fridge with no preservative and only make one batch unless I am freezing a bunch. I would guess at a week in the fridge. The signs of spoiling(for me) color change, smell and visible growth.
I have it in my hair right now. I did 6 oz water & 1 tsp of gum. My hair is a lil crunchy right now (but I used ALOT of gel) It holds really well. I know I used entirely too much but since I have so much gum to make it I didn't care. I will wash it out tonight. I will play around with some natural preservatives to see if I can get it to last longer. You are a Godsend.

Thanks I am so happy to find you. I will be adding this to flaxseed gel. Have you ever used marshmallow roots. Thanks for all your help. God Bless.
Wow, I am definitely going to try to find that Xanthum gum and make this gel. Is it in most grocery stores or do you need to go to a health food store? Also, do you have a video showing exactly how you do your style with the gel, from start to finish?I purchased the gum on the gluten free aisle of my local grocery store. Most health food stores have this. I do not have hair demo videos-yet. I am going to try to work on that this spring. I hope.
Ok, I'll check out my local grocer first! I'll be looking forward to those demo vids in Spring for sure :).

Thank you for posting this video. I will make a batch and try because I have a hunch that my eco styler gel that I love and have used for more than 6 yrs is the culprit for my itching scalp a day after I have washed hair - PROTEIN possibly. The itching only started early 2012/2013 and lightbulb clicked 24hrs ago. I have been looking for a protein free gel since this morning so hopefully this will give me the same hold as eco styler but kinder to scalp. Thank you for showing us how to make it.
I can do the Eco styler for about 2 days and then itchy/scratchy. I hope you like the xanthum. i have enough in one box to make enough for a lifetime.
Does the xanthum make your scalp itch, how many days can you go before washing your hair and does it give you the same hold as the eco styler? I have the blue eco tub. Sorry for all the questions.

No problems on the questions. I love to chat. The xanthum does not make me itch and I can go a week before re doing. I usually re wet every 3 days. The hold is quite the same as eco styler. I always add oil because I think it needs it. The hold for me is 7-10 and I always dilute it once defrosted to soften the hold. No crunch or flake.
OMG, I usually make my flaxseed gel and add xanthum gum (among other things) to thicken it to the consistency that I like, I saw this and a few days ago and after I took out my yarn braids the twist were so cute but everywhere and I had class in the morning. When i got up and took my shower started the gel got up added a lil honey, evoo, grapeseed oil and stir some more with my fork. It came out great: great hold had my edges slick back ,made my twist even curlier, and it was shinny too. Perfect.
Sounds like a great product. You essentially have made Kinky curly. I will definitely write this in my notebook. Thank you.

OMG! Thanks for doing this video. I will have to hunt down Xanthum Gum and give this a try after my Rhassoul and Banana hair treatment. Can I just twist my hair with the gel alone or it will be best if I apply either a leave-in or a lite oil like Grapeseed Oil first.
Hello there I saw this xanthus for my first time yesterday on essentials4yous' so I want to thank her and thank you for showing me how it's made. I'm going to try it. I've been natural almost 1 yr. now. I sometimes feel like I'm just beging to learn alot of stuff about my hair. I'ts so good to be able to get all this information " for free" what a blessing thanks again. I'll be watching to see what else you come up with. You are quite welcome. The reason I give the recipes away for free is because I am abundantly blessed. I must pass it on.Thank you for making this video! The natural hair community is about to send a serious wake-up call to the hair care industry giants. We're educating ourselves and making our own products for pennies on the dollar...wow.I have noticed the exact same thing the past year. Have you noticed how so many more commercial products are saying ORGANIC, NATURAL, PARABEN FREE???? The natural hair community has been doing this for a few years. Of course, the haircare giants will get the money and the credit.
Just when I thought I found my holy grail gel I stumble onto this video. LOL! And OF COURSE I have xanthan gum in the kitchen so I'll be trying this. Thanks for sharing :).

For someone who does not like winter you and your hair look WONDERFUL. I just cannot tell you enough how much I love and appreciate you. I have a question, can aloe vera gel be added to this? And would vitamin E work well as a preservative?

Thank you dear. The winter makes me slow, sluggish and a little sad at times. I manage every day, but I want the sun. I do appreciate the wonderful comments. It is like talking to friends. Yes, add the aloe gel and the vitamin e. I would suggest only making small batches and keeping the gel in the fridge.
Thanks so much for sharing a real nonflacking product. I have bought so many and wasted money on gels that were not holding or were too hard and all flacked! I am going to make a pack and try this to hold down my fly away side and kitchen hairs. Thanks for the tip to put the gel in the refrigerator if a perservative is not added.Hey Roots!!!! I couldn't find the gum anywhere in Chicago so I just ordered it on amazon, can't wait to make this! I have a video coming your way soon, just been busy! ttyl!
I got the recipes from you, just added different ingredients. Thank you so much. Hope this winter goes by fast for you.
Thank you so much. My hair is very resistant and no gel has worked, not even eco styler. I am going to try this and see how it works. I am making all our products it has saved so much money. Also takes away the frustration you get when products don't work.
You are so welcome. My sides are resistant to most gels. I can only make them behave with lots of gel and a scarf. I know what you mean about wasting money. I try not to ever waste my money or my ingredients.

I like this gel I will be using this from this day forward. Thank you! I can't wait to see what you have coming up in the next video.

I found the xanthan gum at my local Walmart in the gluten free food section they were selling individual packs for.48 cents per packet. I bought 2 packets of the stuff.
Meant to tell you how nice your hair looks. Looks full, shiny, and moisturized. No need to reply I know you have enough comments to answer. Thx for answering my question.
Thank you, thank you. My husband loved it. The camera shot did not show the full effect. I am still learning the settings.

Thank you dear. I like the Okra gel, flax, hibiscus and I love the Xanthum. The xanthum is my lazy woman go to.
I do not know why this was tagged as spam. Yes and yes. The guar gum can be used the same as xanthum. Two different sources but same results. The texture is like the curly product. Let me know how you use it and the results. I love that the hold is great but the gel isn't heavy.Thanks. This is awesome. Hope they sell this in my area. Also, same question as fuyu... How long in freezer and do u double boil or just sit out. Thanks. Most grocery or health food stores have this in the gluten free area. So far only 1 month in the freezer. I defrost in fridge, then add more water. The fiber strands of the gel accepts more water very well. You are quite welcome.
I am going out to buy this gum!! hopefully i can find the soy based one, this is awesome! If I wanted to add hibiscus powder and marshmallow root power, do you think that would work? I love hibiscus and so does my hair. :).
Yes, add what you wish to your gel. I have done the marshmallow and I hate to say but Cheap Kinky curly. Slip, hold, no flakes and oh so cheap.Wonderful! I don't have that sort of money for a single use product. With the hibiscus I can use it for so much more. Can't wait to get the petals so I can do an infused hibiscus oil!
I think you misunderstand. 1 packet (the small packet) gives you 8-10 8 ounce cups of the gel. With the 21 packet box, you will have at least a years worth of gel. 1/4 teaspoon+8oz water=8oz of gel. I keep the gel in the fridge for a week-7days. I said "single use" because I do not store the product long term except in the freezer. This would be the cheapest gel I have ever made besides flaxseed.

No no, what I meant is that Kinky Curly is a single use product. You only use it for whatever purpose it is. Hibiscus I can use in shampoo, conditioner, oils, spritzes, teas, rinses, creams, there are many uses for it, ans a little goes a very long way. You just gave me another use for it, so that's what I was referring to. I was a little confused with your comment about single use, so thank you for explaining, I also watched the video over again and I figured it out. Thanks again:D.
Hi Roots! How are you! I heard you mentioned "freeze." How do you unthaw the extra ge,l and long can it stay frozen? Did you put any essential oils in it, and will this gel slick down edges naturally. Sorry for all of the questions (lol). Thank you and have a wonderful day!
Hey darlin, I love questions because it gives answers to others at the same time. I unthaw the gel in a glass bowl in the fridge then add a little more water to thin it out. The xanthum works with extra added water just great. I have only frozen it for a month so far??? No oils in the oil when freezing. I do mix oil in the batch I am using that week. My edges will not slick down/very resistant+ I normally don't brush my edges It slicks my friends hair just fine. I can only slick with thick flax.
How do you incorporate the oil into the batch? Will the xanthum gum emulsify and bind the oil or is a serious workout under way? If you didn't want to thin it out, could you just thaw it in the fridge with no extra water? Also the more xanthum and the less water, the thicker? Thank you for answering all of our questions, you have made it so much easier to make your own products. I have already saved over 50 from your rinses and shampoos!
First off, YAHOO!!!! on saving money. The gel incorporates oil very well. Let the gel thicken then add your oil. I usually use a whisk or my immersion mixer. It can be done by hand very easily. I thin the gel with more water so the hold is not too strong. You can just thaw and use. I would advise no more than 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of liquid. The gel seems very thin but when dry It REALLY HOLDS.

I cannot do successful wash and gos. I would absolutely love to hear your results. My 4a,b,c hair shrinks up to about a 3 inch fro when wet. Oh well.

  8. Comments about this video:
I have a question: I had my thyroid removed 9 years ago and I have started noticing hormonal changes. I recently switched to a natural form of thyroid hormone (dissacated sheep gland) but my face is still so what oily. Can you recommend something to take away the oil or balance my ph? Thanks so much!!Increase your water intake helps me. I have oily skin myself. The clay facial mask work fantastic followed by witch hazel. I do add oil to my skin and do the oil cleansing method with steaming. I am still oily as ever but no breakouts. Witch hazel and aloe vera work great for me on balance. Healing without dryness.Ms.Julie, I just love your informative videos and you are anything but stupid! I am a budding herbalist and your passion for our gifts from god is an inspiration to me! My daughter who is 10 and I watch your videos all the time and we just soak up your sunshine! Thank you for taking the time to care about us youtubers.
Ms Nicole, thank you, thank you. I appreciate you trusting me with your daughter. I hope all young ladies and gents learn for the next generation how important it is to take care of your health. Naturally. I am happy you guys enjoy the videos. I get quite a few brisk messages about how unnecessary some of my products are. Store bought is not always the way. After all Granny and her old timey stuff was exactly what we needed. rant, i know.
Julie, you are anything BUT stupid, in fact I think you are brilliant!! I don't think I have ever watched one of your vids without learning something, and I make most of my own products as well. If that woman was ignorant enough to call your okra useage stupid because it is food...she would be downright shocked to know what I do with plain organic yogurt when suffering from a yeast infection, lol. Cheaper, healthier and more effective than monostat! God Bless You.
Hahahahahah. You had me howling this morning. I do the same thing. shshshshsh don't tell everybody. It does work. Thank you Ms Murphy for making my day. blessings, julie.
Hi Julie, I think your gels and muds are wonderful. I am definitely try a lot of your recipes for hair mud and gels. I love that they are all natural and aren't full of chemicals. Love it! Love ya! Bye for now, Lori.
Ms Lori, thank you for the note. I love when folks stop by and decide to take control of their health. Yahoo. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very informative video! The visuals really help. I make flax seed gel with marshmallow root and hibiscus it gives my hair great shine and hold. I just purchased some irish moss (from a African/Caribbean grocery store). I want to experiment with it for a spray leave-in conditioner or hair mask. I'll want to try fenugreek seed infusion for hair mask.I make the same flax, marshamallow and Hibiscus. I love that stuff. I think you are going to love the irish moss. A little really, really goes a long way. Happy experimenting.
Really? Great minds think alike! I made a Irish moss and marshmallow root decoction. I put it in a spray bottle used it as a pre-shampoo detangler along with coconut oil. The Irish moss added SOO much slip. It'll be my staple spray detangler! Also what kind of slip does the fenugreek decoction have?
That sounds like something I would like to try...great idea. How long does it keep without a preservative (which I avoid using unless it is Vit E)?? I would imagine you keep it refrigerated between use? My hair is very fine and almost impossible to comb through after shampooing. I think I will try your decoction after shampooing, comb and then rinse out...can't wait!
I'm not sure how long it will keep for without a preservative. I store it like my flax seed gel freeze after use and thaw in the refrigerator before next use. I normally toss my flax seed gel when it smells 'off' or thereabout. I use the Irish moss and marshmallow root decoction as pre-shampoo detangler. I have kinky, coily super dense hair so I always detangle before shampooing and shampoo in twists.
I used the fenugreek in the Okra hair gel. The slip is very wonderful. Fenugreek alone is very slippery.try adding jojoba oil to your finished gel. I use Pure Jojoba brand. It's grown right here in the U.S. and I like supporting american businesses. Use 1/2 tsp per cup of gel.
Mr Gailmor, where exactly is the jojaba grown and is it actually American owned. I am all for supporting home first.
In Arizona. Yes, I searched all around before I found three companies that grow this plant, that is native to North America, right here in the states. Most companies outsource and you'll see a lot of companies that list their product as packaged here but grown in Israel, Argentina, or elsewhere. I'm proud to support a company that grows their product right here in Arizona USA. They have a facebook page as well. :). Ahhh, OKRA kills lice? Man I am going to run down and try this on my pets and see what it does to fleas.Oh yeah, someone was listening to the finer points. The okra is a old southern/slave remedy for lice. I have not tried this on my dog. hmmmmm. Oh please let me know which gel you make and how you like it. I love experiments and am always interested in results. thank you..
Natural gels and most natural products can be used on ALL hair, all lengths, all races/creeds and cultures. You only have to twick the oil levels in your product.
Do these gels break down in your hair without preservatives? I don't wash my hair every week and tend to re-apply products depending on what I'm doing with my hair and/or the moisturizing needs each day. I am laughing about the okra gel as I recall my mom saying she didn't like okra because of its 'sliminess'. Who knew back then we didn't have to eat it we could use it on our hair, lol?!Papaya also creates its own jelly, just incase you havent tried that one; but some may be sensitive to this; its better on skin for scar removal and toning and inwardly for digestion, etc. ;-) Enjoy and THANK YOU.
I put papaya in my face mask. It gives a crazy "zing" feeling but I can handle it. Thank you for the info. Keep em coming.

I totally agree and it is sad how many refuse to understand that all placed on the skin is absorbed and incorporated into the blood and organs. I grew up with health through nature and herbs, and was at first a professional in the medical field as a lab chemist. I could go on for days about the lies that our society knowingly feeds to the public. Some people choose not to believe me, just as some scoff at you.
I wish my family would listen to you. I tell every woman especially what you said and they still choose not to believe. Thank you for the wonderful, wonderful comment.I think you are wonderful, and as you share this information with us, you allow us to grow when it comes to taking good care of our bodies from head to toe. Thank you...:-)). Ms Deidre, thank you for the lovely comment. I have learned so much form the folks on You tube and I think we should help each other out.
I think if you should enter a contract with any company that you like & be monetary compensated if you reveal their name in a video. If you did not reveal where you buy your herbs that company would not have got an increase in sales. Our American history has repeatedly demonstrated they will always take advantage & never want to pay us are worth. Knowledge is power.
I think companies should pay to have their names mentioned also. My husband thinks I am too generous. You are on point, my power is Knowledge. We will be grateful for knowledge in the future.
I can't believe I just found your YouTube channel. I just love it. you have been such a great help. thank you so much.
Julie do you have a video on how to make the fenugreek gel? If not could you write out the recipe or do a video on how to make it.
so for the fenugreek: can I just soak the whole seeds in water, or do they have to be crushed beforehand?
Ok Roots I think I'm starting to become a homemade product junkie!!! I have alot of herbs that I didn't even know I had, I even bought horsetail powder twice from MRH!!! Anyway I'm going to boil slippery elm bark, birch bark, nettle leaf, linden leaf and flower, marshmallow root, hibiscus, horsetail powder, and comfry root powder then add xanthan gum and freeze. Is this too much? All of the listed herbs are absolutely excellent for hair care. I think this will be a great product.Could you combine the hibiscus, irish moss, marshmallow root with the okra? I would like to try a combination of those. I really really like that you make your own products. I have found that my hair responds better to hommade things vs store bought.Yes, I have combined all of those herbs with great success. My hair LOVED IT. yay. My hair does much better with homemade also. I think the chemical preservatives just are hard on the hair.
Thank you for responding! I will def. try this out! Can't wait to place my order in at mountain rose for the products! Oh for the onion rinse tonic, I know this isn't the same page, could I use the nettle root, or should it be the nettle leaf? Mountain Rose has been out of stock for some time on it, so I was curious. Thank you again for responding!

I told everyone about mountain rose and now I can't find a lot of herbs. I will have to keep some secrets. haha. I am just kidding. The Nettle leaf is what I would recommend. I have had to put my name on a waiting list for some hard to find items. you are welcome.
These are the things that people used before all the chemical crap out there and they work just as well if not better and you don't have to worry about all the synthetic things in them and what they might do to your body. If that's stupid then I love being dumb haha! You are so right my dear. My Granny used everything out of the yard or cupboard. I am still amazed so many "Natural" ladies use such chemical laden products. I love the control that homemade gives. I guess I will be dumb right along with you. Have a SAFE,HAPPY, MERRY CHRISTMAS. juliev. I mix Irish moss, flax seeds and marshmallow root. :-) then I add a little orange or Rosemary essential oil to preserve it. But thanks for the idea on freezing it in an ice tray! Wonderful idea! ;-). Can you use this gel on caucasian hair? If so, where do I find this stuff to try it out? Oh, and P.S. I love your videos. They are the bee's knees. Keep it up. Love, love them. Bye for now, Lori.
Yes and yes. Homemade gel is a easy way to put just what you wish. The flax, hibisicus, okra, seaweed, any of the gels can be used on any type of hair. Thanks for the love.

I absolutely love your videos. Thanks for sharing such much needed info. The art of using natural ingredients must not be lost. Many of the chemicals that we use are more harmful than people realize. I could go on about this, but I just wanted to take the time to say thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Thank you dear. I am glad more folks are going back to the earth for answers. The chemicals are making us sick.Hi Roots4u45 can you explain how I can make hair gel or create slip with marshmallow root powder if I were to make a conditioner? You showed how to use the marshmallow root, but how about the powdered form. Please explain. Thank you for your reply in advance.
I have never used the marshmallow powder. I would think you add the hot water/juice to the powder mix, steep, strain and maybe add to your homemade conditioner. I would also think you can use this strained liquid as your hair lotion.

Absolutely the gels can be used on relaxed hair. A lot of transitioning ladies, do twist and roller sets with gels.

Yes ma'am. My granny was a wise old Panamanian who also spent time in Jamaica. Lots of home remedies. By the way, I just finished whipping up my okra/flaxseed gel. I didn't have fenugreek seeds so I opened a capsule. Its very thick and slippery.

I am so glad for you. I do not always use the fenugreek. Sometimes it is just the okra. Always use what you have.
